Cancellation policy for Companies (or group bookings)
- Booking
Hotel accepts only written bookings, either by email or letter.
- Cancellation
Cancellation fees only apply to written bookings (email, letter)
Cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount not from the deposit
- Group is 15 people and more
- Cancellation by client must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and hotel is obliged to notify the client of its acknowledgment
- Cancellation of the stay 30 days before the scheduled arrival – no fees
- Cancellation of stay 29 – 14 days before the scheduled arrival – 30% of the total cost
- Cancellation of stay 13-5 days before the scheduled arrival – 60% of the total cost
- Cancellation of stay 5-0 days before the schedules arrival – 100% of the total cost
- In case where client does not arrive and does not fulfil the booked capacity within 24 hours from the scheduled arrival, the hotel charges 100% of the total cost and reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Once the invoice is issued the booking is classed as confirmed.
Important operational information
- Payment is required upfront on the day of arrival, price inc.15% VAT
- Upfront payments are non-refundable
- Service complaint must be lodge immediately, later complaints will not be taken into consideration
- Pricelist is valid from 1.3.2018 unless otherwise noted
